how to schedule

an appointment

  1. Your appointment can be in person OR via telehealth/Zoom. However, you must live in Texas. If you are out of state, you must have an in-person appointment for the initial consultation and every 3 months.

  2. Review our Pricing Page for information on cost. Please note that we do not take health insurance for appointment fees. However, we do try to use insurance if possible for medications. We also accept HSA/FSA cards.

  3. Visit our Online Scheduling Website (click here or the button below) and follow these instructions:

    1. Choose “continue as guest”

    2. Click the link under “online booking”

    3. Choose the provider you would like to see, and click “book.” Scroll to the bottom of the availability page and select “Hide unavailable times” to better see the availability.

    4. Select a time that works best for you, fill out your required information, and add your credit card information to pay the required 50% deposit (non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of appointment) in order to book the appointment.
