“Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.” I’m sure you’ve heard this many times before. I am a proponent of intermittent fasting (see my prior blog post on this), so I don’t entirely agree with this statement, but for some people, eating breakfast is important to their health and also to their weight loss journey.
